APC Hosting manages all aspects of the server’s hardware and software stack, email and DNS services, including updating of necessary operating system and control panel patches to address server security vulnerabilities and bugs. The customer is only responsible for managing their websites or applications on the server and to keep their password secure. Since we do not maintain customer's websites or applications, we do not cover recovery of websites from website security issues due to outdated web software or improper website management. Recovery from spam issues arising from compromises from end-user accounts due to poor passwords or insecure desktops is not covered. For such recovery request, please consider upgrading to our Server Management Pro.
